Swantje Drescher

Been there. Done that. Got the T-shirt. I lived the corporate world, across three different countries. Sat through meetings, created the plans, lead the teams and delivered on goals and targets. We all showed up, daily. We all put in the work. We tried so so hard to feel the love and passion and desire.

And still — I felt it.

That slow ache. The silent question: Is this it? Is this all?
I conducted hundreds of focus groups, collected 1000s of surveys. The energy was the same. Customers and employees shared the same desires. They wanted to be seen and understood, but seldom were. It was heart breaking.

I’ve lived both the thrill and the numbness of performance. I know what it means to succeed on paper, be rewarded while shrinking inside.

My name is Swantje. I created The Age of Human because I believe we can work differently. Lead differently. Grow differently. Live differently.

Not by abandoning ambition. But by reclaiming what it means to be human and through that changing the system we have build.

I bring 25 years of experience in marketing, research, HR tech, and global strategy. But more than that — I bring a fierce belief in people. In their worth. In their wisdom. In their need to be seen.

If you’ve felt the ache too, you’re not alone. I see you.

Ready to lead with human insight and heart? Let’s talk.

A few more bits about me:
My Life
Passion
I believe in what it means to be human.
Not in theory, not in slogans — but in the real, everyday practice of it.

I believe in the depth of people. In their contradictions. In the wisdom that lives just below the surface. I believe that we’re here not just to survive or perform, but to feel. To grow. To matter. To live. To be as we are in all our true colours.

My passion is to hold space for what’s real. To ask questions that open hearts. And to walk alongside those who are ready to live and lead with their whole selves.
My Professional
Passion
I believe work is one of the most powerful forces shaping our lives. It gives us structure. It gives us identity. It gives us meaning — when we let it.

My professional passion is to make work human again. To remind leaders that their people are not just resources. They are hearts. Minds. Stories.

I want people to feel seen at work. To feel like they belong. To feel like their work — their presence — matters.

Because when people feel valued, they don’t just perform. They light up. And that light spreads.

My Leadership
Passion
I believe leadership is a human act.
It’s not a title. It’s not a podium. It’s a choice — to see others.
To hold space. To speak truth and invite it in return.

True leadership makes room. It makes meaning. It turns tension into growth.
My passion is helping leaders remember who they are beneath the roles. To reconnect with their own voice. And to lead not just with goals — but with soul.
