When we came together, our distinct experiences and perspectives converged. Swantje brought her expertise in corporate strategy, culture and performance, grounded in data and systems thinking, while Frankie brought her holistic understanding of the individual, rooted in care and connection.
Together, we realized that our combined talents could create something greater: a shared ability to see and understand others fully, from the individual to the collective.

How we met
Our journey began on the tennis court. Yet it took two sprained ankles to put us on a path of mutual healing and building a deep friendship. We love kayaking, adventures, camping and being in nature. More so our souls found kindred spirits in learning to love, accept and see ourselves as we are. We laugh we love we grow and we are. Join us!
Why I love working with Frankie
Frankie has the most wonderful energy. Her ability to embrace people and infuse them with belief and love is magical. Creating this business together is one of the greatest blessings in my life. When I work with Frankie I am seen. She supports me in my healing and growth and shows me that I can. Doubts are transformed into becoming my best version every day. Magic no doubt at work. And when my mind gets the better of me she looks at me and asks 'is that really true?' Hmmm.....

Her wisdom, expertise and insights are simply amazing. I love how she listens and it feels like there is nothing that can’t be done. I often have an idea or inspiration that comes to me, she then puts it into context, a framework that can be chunked down and made into actionable bitesizes….
